What do I get for my 2016 FE - FC nationals entry fee ?
WHAT ARE THE FE - FC NATIONALS ?
The FE - FC Holden nationals are held every two years over the Easter long weekend.
The FE - FC Holden car club of Australia takes turns to host the event, and the Queensland-based club will be staging the
2016 nationals in Toowoomba.
This will be the 16th time the event has been held the previous event was held in Hobart Tasmania over Easter 2014.
The Nationals is always comprised of public "show 'n' shine" event, a cruise around and through the hosting town, several official dinners and other events. It is a full weekend of entertainment that is centred around the FE and FC Holden, but activities that suit the whole family.
Open to members of the aforementioned clubs and other invited clubs. Entries are open to everybody and FE or FC Holden is either STOCK, STREET or MODIFIED. A big part of that is the show n shine where vehicles are judged and compete for trophies and recognition. But the nationals is much more than a car show.
It is primarily a social event, a long weekend spending time with fellow enthusiasts and their families. A big effort is made to ensure that all participants and their families are looked after and entertained.
My car isn't a show winner, Should I bring it?
Absolutely!
The Nationals prides itself on being a social event, not just the car show.
There are a lot of entrants who choose not to have their car judged (it's entirely your choice). Just come
along to enjoy the event.
The FE - FC Holden Nationals has always been an event for driven cars. It's not for trailer-queens: in fact to be eligible for
trophies the car must be driven over the weekend. We are proud of the wide variety of cars that take part; daily drivers,
club cars, show cars, unrestored, hotted up, customised, as long as it's and FC or FE and owned by a FE - FC car club member
we want you there. If your car is off the road it's still no impediment to entering the event. Club members who wish to
enter without a car are gladly accepted. come along and enjoy the event.
My current car club caters for FE and FC Holdens, can I come?
If you don't belong to one of the FE FC Holden car clubs of Australia but you do belong to a club that caters for FE's or FC's
then you can apply to become an official invited club. This needs to be done in writing, so your club secretary should write
to the host club which is the Queensland FE FC Holden car club. Our postal details are listed below on this page.
