Itinerary for the 16th FE-FC Holden Nationals
Easter Weekend, Toowoomba
Friday 25/3/16
Registration at Nationals Headquarters (Darling Downs Vintage & Veteran Car Club -DDVVMC), between 10am – 4.30pm.
The is a short cruise to Picnic Point for lunch, starting from Nationals Headquarters (Nats HQ) at 11.30am for those who want to look around the city.
Note – This is not a compulsory run. You can also make your own way to Picnic Point.
The Optional Friday Lunch will be provided at Picnic Point from 12.30pm for those who have paid for it.
Friday Night
The traditional fish and chips meet and greet dinner will be held at Nats HQ. Special Dietary requirements listed on your entry form will be catered for. Tea and Coffee will also be available, and a bar will be open with drinks at DDVVMC club prices.
Saturday 26/3/16
The Nationals Show and Shine will be held in Queens Park.
Entrant access to the park is vis Hume Street
8am – 9am setup, Show Time is between 9am and 4pm
You will not be able to remove your car before 4pm.
Important – Please refrain from wheel spinning etc, in the park.
Saturday Night
6pm – 11pm Dinner and Rock & Roll night at Nats HQ.
Dinner served from 7pm, bar open from 6pm with drinks at DDVVMC club prices.
Sunday 27/3/16
Gather at Nationals Headquarters from 9am.
Car Run & Sports day leaving Nats HQ at 10am.
We will travel in convoy out past the new airport (Brisbane West Wellcamp) to Pittsworth Pioneer Village.
Lunch will be provided.
Sports events will be held on the grounds, along with a tour of the Pioneer Village.
Return to Toowoomba at your leisure once games are concluded
Sunday Night
Dinner at Nats HQ
Bar opens at 6pm, followed by Dinner at 7pm.
Following the meal will be the presentation of trophies.
Monday 28/3/16
Delegates Meeting at Nats HQ, commencing at 9am.
