Charlie & Louise Ballas own this very tidy FE Sedan. It is mechanically stock, the only modification being the deep-dish chrome wheels. What makes this car unusual is the custom scroll-work and other touches under the bonnet and through the interior. This vehicle was voted Best Modified FE Sedan at the 5th Nationals in Canberra.
