Model Inception
The FE Holden was the
first major model change after the inception of the Holden to Australia
. It was first built in July 1956 and carried through to the FC Holden in May 1958 that was eventually superseded in January 1960. A total of 346,885 FE and FC Holdens were built during this period and yours was one of them.
The FE-FC Holden Car Club Of
Queensland
A bunch of us have got
together in Brisbane
to enjoy our FE and FC Holden’s. We hold a monthly meeting and have
outings that include cruises, BBQs, camping trips, wrecking yard trips, car
shows and social get togethers. We maintain contact with other FE-FC Clubs in
Australia and New Zealand
and strive to help our members keep their cars on the road. We put out a
monthly Newsletter wherein cars/parts are advertised, club activities advised
and member profiles reported. Club members can also avail themselves of the
Queensland Transport's Concessional Registration.
